Microsoft 365 Setup and Migration Service from Alkimio. Our Microsoft 365 setup and migration service moves your business onto Microsoft 365 with a planned cutover, so your team keeps working while the change happens.
We start by reviewing your current email provider, domain and files. We then set up or tidy your Microsoft 365 tenant, connect your domain, create user accounts and assign licenses. Existing mailboxes, calendars and contacts are copied across, and files can be moved to OneDrive or SharePoint. We update your DNS records at cutover and check that mail is flowing correctly.
After the move we help each user sign in on their devices and set up Outlook and Teams. Pricing depends on the number of users, mailboxes and the amount of data, so we provide a fixed quote before any work starts. Licenses are bought separately.
