Choose a product, check the price and select Request a quote. Our team confirms the right licenses and quantities for your setup and sends the next steps by email, usually within one business day.
Business Basic covers business email, Teams and the web and mobile Office apps. Business Standard adds the desktop Office apps. Business Premium adds Intune device management, Defender for Business and Entra ID P1 security. Business plans are available for up to 300 users each, and larger organisations use Enterprise plans such as Microsoft 365 E3 and E5.
An annual term gives the lowest price per user and fixes it for 12 months. A monthly term costs about 20% more but lets you reduce users at each monthly renewal. You can add users at any time on both.
Yes. Each user or device that accesses Windows Server needs a Windows Server CAL. Remote Desktop users also need an RDS CAL. SQL Server licensed under the Server + CAL model needs SQL Server CALs, while core-based SQL Server does not.
Everything is delivered digitally, with no delivery charge. Perpetual licenses arrive by email with activation steps, and also appear in your Alkimio account. Subscriptions are added to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Both usually arrive within one business day of payment.
Office 2024 is a one-time purchase for one device, with security updates but no new features. Microsoft 365 is a subscription per user that includes the latest Office apps, business email, Teams and cloud storage, on up to 5 PCs or Macs per user.
License every physical core in the server, with a minimum of 8 cores per processor and 16 per server. Standard edition covers up to 2 virtual machines when all cores are licensed, and Datacenter covers unlimited virtual machines.
You can cancel any order before delivery for a full refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase or renewal for a prorated refund. Perpetual licenses can be returned within 14 days of delivery if not activated. Faulty or incorrect licenses are replaced or refunded at any time.
