Delivery and activation
After payment we send your license details and activation steps by email, usually within one business day. Some products are made available in your Microsoft 365 admin center instead. Orders placed outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time) are processed on the next business day, and the license also appears in your Alkimio account under Orders.
